We are thrilled to announce that on the 13th and 14th July, eight of our dedicated Explorer Scouts have successfully completed their Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award expedition! They walked for 32km over the two days, camping at Well End Campsite, and cooking their meals on stoves they carried with them. This remarkable achievement is a testament to their hard work, determination, and teamwork. The Bronze Award Achievement

Completing the expedition is just one part of the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award. Throughout their journey, the Scouts also engaged in various activities, including volunteering, physical fitness, and skill development. These activities ensured that they grew not only as individuals but also as responsible and active members of their community.

The dedication and perseverance shown by our Explorers are truly commendable. Their achievement is a shining example of what can be accomplished through hard work, resilience, and teamwork. We couldn’t be prouder of them!

As they receive their DofE Bronze Awards, we celebrate their accomplishments and look forward to seeing what they will achieve next. This expedition has equipped them with invaluable experiences and memories that will last a lifetime.

To our Explorer Scouts: Congratulations on this incredible milestone. You have set a high standard for future participants and have made us all immensely proud. Keep exploring, learning, and striving for excellence!

All Explorers who completed the award have now begun their Silver award, where they will undergo a practice expedition, of 19km per day for 3 days, on our Summer Camp.
